Apartment Tours

One of our primary goals is to support leasing efforts. This is done through apartment tours, a collaborative effort between The Charles Group and the leasing team at Waterline Square. We provide the leasing team with briefs, shot lists, and guidelines, and then footage gets sent back to us to edit and use on Instagram.

Brand Ambassadors

We wanted to give a true and organic inside look at life at Waterline Square. After a call for brand ambassadors, we found Rory and Cory, two brothers living together at Waterline Square. We harnessed their competitive spirit (and love for The Waterline Club) to create a series that gives personality to the page, and simultaneously showcases what Waterline Square has to offer.

The Waterline Guide

The Waterline Guides are opportunities to establish Waterline Square as an escape from the city, at the heart of the city, AND extend our reach to new audiences. Close to world-class dining, Lincoln Center, Central Park, trains, the Hudson, the area has much to offer. In tagging and collaborating with the businesses and events that we speak to, we increase our reach to new audiences throughout New York City and beyond.
